Hello Stony Mountain Parents and Guardians,
As the school year ends and we look all forward to a well deserved break, we also look forward to a new school year in September. Recently, Dreamcatcher Promotions, a local Winnipeg business, has reached out to schools in Manitoba with the opportunity to purchase orange shirts in recognition of the traumatic impact Residential Schools have had on the Indigenous population in Canada. A portion of all sales will be donated to the Orange Shirt Society and the IRS Thrivers program.
